Legal Document Officer

I came home tonight to a card through my door saying a Legal Document Officer had called today with documentation that must be served on me. I made a statement last weekend and was told the if the guy didn't plead guilty then I'd be called up as a witness in court - is this legal documentation to do with that? If so, does it need to be served on me at home or can they bring it to my work? Thanks legal people!

It's likely to be an instruction to appear as a witness and they can give you the papers anywhere. Home, work, Tescos carpark... wherever is convenient for you to meet the Legal Document Officer.

Grand, thanks Grin. I'll ask if they'll bring them to my work then.
