I booked 4 tickets to see a concert via a company called Living Social (think Groupon, that sort of thing) but when I got there the event had been cancelled 9 days prior.
Living Social have said they will refund me the ticket price however I am £60 out of pocket in train and taxi fares.
Am I legally entitled to compensation due to their negligence?
