I am a beneficiary of a will but the solicitor has asked me to sign an indemnity form against claims in respect of money paid to me from the estate.
They say that they don't know of any claims but I'm concerned as I'm aware that someone has approached the solicitor regarding the fact they were not in the will.
Are indemnity forms always signed by beneficiaries?
