Hello, how much would you take your ex-CM to a Small Claims Tribunal for?

The small claims limit is £5000.

I'd say not worth it under £300.

my claim is for approx £400, I guess I am asking if it's worth the cost/effort.

Yes for that amount. You can do it all online via moneyclaimonline. Be warned, it's a bloody slow system.
