Complicated! Business harassment.

Hi, I was hoping someone out there may be able to advise! This is quite complicated but I will try to make it as simple as possible.
I (well me and DH) am a business owner and am the main tenant on the lease. Due to major financial difficulties we took on a 3rd partner and became a LTD Co. The landlord is refusing to sign the sub lease and making life VERY difficult. I am no longer working day to day in the business (34 weeks pregnant and been suffering from stress - also needed to get another job where I could earn some money as busness not making enough to sustain a wage), however I am still a shareholder and director. The landlord has said she will not accept any money from the 3rd partner (despite already taken over £30k in rent etc) and is sending us emails saying she will only accept money from us. Due to our financial problems - this is not possible - even if the 3rd partner paid us and we then paid her (creditors seeing large amounts of money going into our account would demand more from us). There is much much more to this story but I believe that I have now reached a point where everything the landlord does is to cause extra stress and grief (eg sending emails and letters through on a Fri night/Sat morning so we dwell on it all weekend without being able to seek advise). Does anyone know anything about bringing about an harassment charge. There are (believe me), lots more incidents but just wanted to give a broad outline. I feel very stressed and concerned about the whole thing and basically believe that the landlord will not stop until the business stops trading - they get the property back and we will have to go bankrupt. I already have 2 kids and DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.
If anyone can help - your advice would be most welcome. I am quite concerned for my health and that of unborn baby.
Thanks for your time taken to read this.

Can I ask what your reasons are for not moving premises/offices? e.g. deposit/notice period etc. Just trying to get an idea of whether you have any other options to get away from this landlord?

Unfortunately we were quite ill-advised by our original solicitor who didn't go through the lease as thoroughly as should have. It was a 15 year lease and the business is a restaurant so very difficult to just re-locate. We have also lost so much money that we couldn't afford!!
