Is it possible to 'demand' to be part of a private road?
Our house, which predates the private road, is on the corner and has access via this road. BUT we are not part of the private road and therefore have no rights to park etc. Whoever sold the land for the private road made a huge cock-up by not including our house in the private road but it's no good crying over that now.
Is there any way we can become part of the private road? I'm aware that there'll be cost involved but I'm not worried about that now. There will also be huge opposition from one particular director of the company, hence the enforced inclusion. I don't think there would be any major objections from the other directors but this one is very vocal and, quite frankly, scary.
