Hi guys just wandered how you all cope with 4 or more children. I currently have a 5year old a 4year old and a 2 year old and due number 4 in July. Just looking for some advice and tips if any for our growing family.

Do you have a big car?

I want to ttc4 but don't want a 7 seater :(

Congratulations! I'm also pg with DC4. Mine are quite young too so I'm hoping that if I can cope with 3 DC's aged 4 and under then I can cope with anything!

There was thread on here when I was pg with DC3 that was full of tips on how larger families made life easier, I was very good and I got loads of ideas that I still do now. I've looked for it since but can't find it. I'll look again, if I find it I'll post the link.

Hi Susie, me too! Quite excited this time as it's our first dd. We have a 7seater car though due to the dog and camping hols so no need to change there. I'm nervous but def done after this one.

Hi Susied

I had my fourth dc 5 weeks ago and my other 3 are exactly the same ages as yours!

I can honestly say that so far it really isn't much different to 3. There is obviously one more to load into the car and take on the school run but I think because the others are already used to sharing their time with me and have each other it has been quite easy to slot dc4 in Smile

In fact it's not really having four that is tricky, it's just been the regular baby stopping you from doing any housework or dinner on time or leaving the house without first feeding, changing and changing again that I've had to get used to again after those parts were becoming easier.

Overall it's lovely and feels like our family is complete. It's also nice not to be heavily pregnant whilst looking after the other 3 so take it easy on yourself and good luck.
