We are looking for an enthusiastic, very organised and intelligent individual with a keen eye for detail to join a small growing team at an independent creative production company with an impressive client list including the top fashion and luxury good brands.

For the office manager element of the role this person would be first in most days to open up the office and prepare it for the day ahead. This role would be responsible for the daily running of the office, answering the door, phones, responding to general enquiries emails as well as maintaining and restocking stationary and production equipment as required.

For the bookkeeping portion of the role this person will cover; setting up bank payments as authorized, recording all bank transactions in Sage, reconciling the bank monthly, recording all purchase invoices on Sage analysed by project, periodically reconciling supplier statements, responding to queries from suppliers about payments, recording all sales invoices on Sage analysed by project, preparing and submitting VAT quarterly, recording monthly payroll on Sage, having a general awareness of transactions to spot issues or errors and ensuring salaries, PAYE, VAT and Corporation Tax are paid accurately and on time.

The right applicant will take pride and great satisfaction in supporting and bookkeeping for this production team, working closely with the company director and helping the business be efficient and grow.

We are looking for someone who is:-
Incredibly organised, pragmatic, a team player, a good multi-tasker with a positive "can do" attitude, reliable and trustworthy?, flexible, hard working and thorough?, a quick learner and resourceful.

We are looking for someone who has:-
A solid background in bookkeeping and experience with Sage Line 50 and project accounting; excellent communication skills, an eagle like attention to detail, a friendly and helpful demeanor; proficiency with the internet and with standard office software packages.

The following skills, interests and personal qualities would be beneficial but are not essential: - An interest in the fashion and luxury goods industry and an understanding of various relevant media channels and platforms that we work within, a sense of humour and nice handwriting!

9:00 - 15:30 OR flexible to suit the individual to be discussed.
