Vacancy: Marketing Manager
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Mitcham, CR4 4FG. Close to Mitcham Junction train/tram station
Job Type: Full or Part Time, Permanent, can be flexible with hours and work place
Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (pro rata for part time)

General outline
Aztec Event Services is a well-established provider of audio-visual, IT and event staging services for conferences, events & exhibitions, mainly in the UK, but also across Europe. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.
You will manage a Marketing Assistant and be responsible for all of the company’s marketing activities.
Aztec is a friendly and very well respected company. We encourage personal development, providing in-house and external vocational and product training across all of the business supporting the delivery of services. Main tasks
oManaging all marketing activities
oDeveloping the marketing strategy for the company
oBrand management and corporate identity
oCoordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
oManaging and improving lead generation campaigns
oMonitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and activities
oOverseeing the company’s marketing budget
oCreation and publication of marketing material
oInternal marketing communications

Qualifications and experience
oMarketing degree or equivalent
o5 or more years in a marketing role
oLive events experience preferred but not essential

Skills profile
oManagement and planning – your track record will demonstrate this
oDigital – you are familiar and comfortable with blogging, social media, and the web in general
oAnalytical – you like to measure what you do, and make decisions based on data
oContent – you are naturally a content creator, and you are not afraid of writing and publishing content
