We are looking part-time Data and Support Analyst to join our small team based in our office in the Wirral.

The Data and Support Analyst is a combined role providing 1st line support to our clients by phone/email and also assist with on-boarding new clients by processing and manipulating client’s data in Excel.

To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel formula and function skills and have a good working knowledge of macros and VBA. Ideally you will also have experience of using MS SQL.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a passion for customer centred service along the following skills and experience:
- Advanced Excel data management and manipulation
- Good working knowledge of VBA
- Ability to manage and organise ad-hoc client data accurately
- Log and manage support issues using service desk software.
- Organised, methodical with attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Initiative and ability to work under time pressures to meet deadlines
- MS SQL experience desirable but not essential.
- Hours of work are 23.75 hours per week within core hours of 9.30 – 15.00 Monday to Friday. Salary (Pro rated) £15,200.
