Transferred an ISA-?mistake

my daughter 14 has just opened a Halifax cash ISA where (if a parent had an ISA at the same provider) she will get 6% interest in the first year. I have had a cash ISA at barclays for years where the interest rate was poor but a little better than halifax were offering me. I opted (with assistance from the halifax) to transfer only £1 from Barclays ISA into a new halifax ISA account. I have had letters from Barclays now that the transfer is complete confirming this transaction saying that 'my ISA is now transferred to Halifax'. Have I lost my tax free interest at Barclays? If so what can I do to put this right- if anything.
