The title says it all really! DH has chn from previous marriage and had a vasectomy whilst still married (very complex reasons). We have had an initial consultation regarding vasectomy reversal but given the length since it was done and some issues relating to scar tissue we have been advised that it os highly unlikely to result in sperm or pregnancy 😢 we are now looking at alternative options, one being donor sperm and wondered of any one was able to share any experience of this and how the procedure works as the internet is throwing lots of confusing info our way! TIA x
