Clomid anyone else?

I'm on 2nd cycle of clomid (50mg CD2-6) and am on CD7 now - anyone else out there the same?!

Currently day 17, having taken 25mg on days 2-6.

I'm using my stash from DC1, which only took one round at 25mg so hoping the same this time!

Currently on CD16, after my first clomid round on days 2-6 50mg also! +OPK on tuesday CD14, will be having Day21 tests this following Tuesday. How are you finding the mood swings wantingabud? I had one or two really bad days whilst taking those tablets, skin was oily/spotty, i felt awful, cried about 4 times in the space of an hour whilst getting ready for work! Dont feel like that anymore though, it soon passed luckily!! Lol

Hi both hope you're doing okay. I got first +opk today CD14. I'm not having any other tests (had follicle tracking on Tuesday and showed x2 15mm and said will ovulate Saturday but as that's tomorrow I think will be a bit later as only just started getting flashy smileys and need my solid.

How is everyone getting on?!

I had the follicular tracking on Monday, it was CD13, they told me my left ovary was asleep, but I however had a few good ones on my right. She didn't give me measurements, or tell me exactly how many though? She just advised I would ovulate within the next day or so. My partner works away so we were only able to dtd sun, tues, weds..i hope it was enough!

How have you both been feeling on clomid? My nipples are already starting to hurt but I'm not sure whether this can be caused by the clomid? I usually get really sore boobs before AF but only on CD17 so it cant be that?

I don't remember any bad symptoms last time but I suffered from mild nausea (not actually sick) this time for a week after finishing the tablets.

I'm at day 26 now, and I think I ovulated on day 17 (I did my first OPK on 18 and it was semi dark and got lighter after that so assuming I was just over the peak). We DTD basically every day except 17, so hopefully we didn't miss the boat!

Last time I got my first fairly faint positive on day 30, so I'm testing every day using internet cheapies since yesterday. Nothing yet. I am absolutely exhausted, but no idea if that's a pregnancy symptom or just because DS has decided 5:30am is a grand time to start each day and I've been working more so physically more tired than usual.

Hey kp any news? Are you having any symptoms? Iv heard that clomid can give you pregnancy symptoms. Iv been bloated, gassy, and shooting pains in my boobs, and milky cm which is more than normal! Also felt like i was going to come on my period yesterday and i was only 4dpo. My body is really confusing me atm lol

Other than being absolutely exhausted, I don't really have any symptoms. Quite a bit of creamy CM (sorry!) but don't know if that means anything.

Today's test was still negative, but going by last time I didn't find out for a few more days anyway (equiv being next Wednesday).

I was ever so slightly nauseous this morning but I think that's because I had my vitamins on a mostly empty stomach and that's fairly normal if I do that.

I go between having my fingers crossed and thinking I'm mad for wanting to add another baby to the mix - my 2.6yo DS is at a lovely testing age now!

Good luck to you all. I've done 6 rounds of clomid 100mg, 4 on CD2-6 and two on 3-7. Then I did a 7th round of 125mg days 3-7 and I've finally had our positive from that round.

I found it made me moodier and shorter tempered than usual. The first few cycles I was also hot at night. Cycle 7 I ovulated on CD17 and had sore nipples from 1dpo, really unusual for me to have them arrive that early.

I have just started my 7th round of clomid at 150mg with metformin. We got a positive test at 12,13 and 14dpo but AF arrived 2 days later so it was a chemical. Gutted doesn't cover it.

I have no confidence left as I was sure round 6 would work and seeing lines on a test was amazing. Just feeling so low about it all.

Still negative today but so much CM - really hoping that's a good sign.

Thats so strange! Iv had lots of creamy cm too! I wonder if thats just the clomid? There was an unusually large amount of it 6dpo! Had my 21 day bloods done today. They've advised that if i dont hear from them, then i need to assume that all is fine and the clomid is working. Iv been really short tempered too. Poor blokes having to put up with us like this haha!
Congratulations SuperUnicorn! Thats great to hear, we all need to keep hope and trust that eventually it does happen! :)
Sorry to hear that YouBoggle try and keep positive, how many tries are you having on clomid? Iv heard it can start thinning out the uterus if you use it for long period of time?
Good luck testing tomorrow KP!! Make sure you let us all know 😁 Im going to try hold off testing until Sat, which should make me about 11dpo. Any other symptoms other than creamy cm?
I was bloated and gassy 1dpo
Gassy and crampy 2dpo
Shooting pains in my right nipple only 3dpo
Creamy cm every day since 1dpo
AF type cramps 4dpo (actually expected to come on!)
Abnormally large amount of creamy cm and more shooting pains in my right nipple 6dpo
Todays 7dpo - still have creamy cm and also had pinching trype cramps? But they didnt last long!
Proper symptom spotting arent i 🙈 Iv never usually had symptoms straight from ovulation though, ever! However, thinking maybe its the clomid?!

I've got 1 more round after this and if it's not successful then I'm looking at injectables. Been taking clomid since September last year but not one cycle after another. There have been gaps due to various things. I also take metformin as the clomid didn't work on its own. Not been told I've got any lining issues which is good! In fact, I got told my lining was very nice haha!

Today's test ended up being a dud, splashed water all over it during the three minute window so I decided it was a sign and to wait until tomorrow.

Not feeling even remotely pregnant, but I have absolutely everything crossed.

This morning's test was negative but no period or warning signs (last few cycles I've had brown CM leading up to it) so I'm still in the game.

On Friday I'll buy some good first response tests to do on the weekend if still no signs. I'm told Superdrug ones are reliable?

Hey youboggle its good to see some positivity! Yay on the great lining!! iv read a lot of stories where it's finally happened once theyv given up trying lol im sure our bodies hate us and do it on purpose. What are injectables? Whats that involve?

Injectables are injections of fsh to make my ovaries do what they're supposed to! I believe it's also accompanied by a trigger shot at a certain point to make sure you ovulate. I don't know the amounts or dates of when you get all these, just know it is the step before IVF.

I've ovulated twice on clomid so I'm hoping 3rd time lucky this round?

Today is 14dpo, still nothing. I'll be at the shops tomorrow and will buy a FRER test to use on the weekend. I've even testing for almost a week now!

I do have five+ week cycles (not on clomid), so that would make me due early next week, but of course that means nothing on Clomid.

I'm about to start first round of clomid for the first time to treat pcos, just finished 10d of progesterone and waiting for AF to arrive to start... whenever that will be!! A bit nervous/excited/anxious all at the same time.

Would you recommend taking it in the morning or evening?

Hi! And welcome.

I'd advise taking it before bed. Any symptoms you might get you may not experience at night as you'll be sleeping! Only thing I found I had was hot sweats at night!
I've got one last dose to take tonight and then I wait for my scan xx

Yes scan is next Wednesday on cd12. Last 2 scans have shown 3 and 2 follies so I'm at the right dose with clomid and metformin, just need it to stick this time as i had a chemical pregnancy last week
