Can puregon affect length of luteal phase?

I'm looking for some advice please.

I'm waiting for af after third IUI (cancelled at last minute as I'd already ovulated).

My luteal phase is usually 14 days and I can set my watch by it. Does anyone know whether puregon can make your luteal phase longer?

In my other two cycles I had luteal support with progesterone but as the IUI was cancelled this time I didn't have any progesterone.

I hope someone has some experience of this - I've tried researching online but haven't found any information.
