Ex bf about to be a dad

Don't get me wrong, I don't long to be with this useless man who I once dated. And I certainly would not swap my DH for anyone. But I really really would love to be pregnant but with male infertility it's looking like a long and invasive road.

Same thing happened to me.

My ex BF, who left me because he was a MASSIVE commitment phobe has just had a baby.

I don't miss him at all, I'm way happier with my DP than I ever was with the ex, but when you're struggling to conceive (as I am) it can sting a bit. I realised that my friends were avoiding telling me (i've noticed this a lot, there have been a few pregnancy announcements that have taken a while to get to me where I get a feeling people are trying to be kind and not talk about it in front of me). But I was fine with it.

Am I awful that it helped a little when my friend told me his new GF is really ugly....

Keep telling yourself - babies aren't rationed. Just because he's had one, doesn't mean there's any less chance of you having one.
