I am trying for a baby and yesterday went to the consultant to have fertility test to see if I am ovulating. The consultant told me I would be given clomid to help me ovulate, but this will be after my next appointment which will be in 4 months. I am 41 so don't want to leave things too long, has anyone bought this online? Or does anyone have any left over? Please help

Is there a particular reason why your next appointment is in 4 months time?.

Do you have a diagnosis at all and has your man been tested to date?. He should be tested as a matter of course. I ask that too as subfertility is not the sole preserve of the woman.

No do not buy this online under any circumstances; you do not know if it is genuine. Clomid is quite powerful stuff and you should be monitored whilst on it. It is certainly not suitable for every woman to take. No monitoring is unacceptable, also without being monitored you would have no idea whether its working or not. Clomid's main job is to make the ovaries work harder.
