Psychic dreams about having a baby

I am currently going through IVF and hoping and praying that everything goes well and I end up with a beautiful and healthy baby from it. The weird thing is that for a few years now I keep having recurrent lucid dreams of being pregnant and having a baby. In my dreams the baby is perfect and I am feeding the baby and cuddling it. I keep dreaming that I have a baby girl who has naturally curly, wavy strawberry blonde hair and she is the most beautiful child. Has anyone else had anything similar like this happen to them? Could it be that my desire to be a mum is coming out in my dreams, or could it be a message from beyond?

Awww that's so lovely, I hope it does come true :-)

I however also dream of pregnancy and babies but because of my natural tendency towards anxiety my dreams are often never nice :-( I'm not sure I should even write them here as the images are so vivid and awful :-(

We've been ttc 2 years by the way and are having iui in Jan :-)

Thanks Victoria :). My dreams are usually quite nice about having this child and the last dream was really beautiful. I would actually like to hear about your dreams if you don't mind, I do think apart from maybe some anxieties, there are often messages in our dreams, psychic or from our subconscious. By the way my egg retrieval is this Wednesday. I am hoping and praying that it goes well and they find some eggs there.

If you're sure! I had one a few months back where my newborn girl had full speech, that was a bit freaky...

The other night was awful though. Someone (presume medical) informed me that I had a skeleton of a fetus in my womb that needed removing surgically when I thought that I was pregnant. Luckily I woke before it was removed. I've had other preg dreams too but I can't remember details. None of them were nice I don't think. I do know I have worries about being preg and especially having morning sickness as I hate vomiting and I worry about the bus commute to work if I'm feeling ill. None of my dreams are about sickness though.

Good luck with the EC and all that follows x

I think it's a message from beyond. I tried for two years to fall pregnant. In 2012 I had a dream I gave birth to a premature baby who died. A few days later I found out I was pregnant! All the way through my pregnancy I had the same horrible dream. As it happens my son was born at 24 weeks and died two hours after he was born.

Back in April my step dad was in a car accident and was in a coma. My mum thought he was going to die. I said to her he was going to be fine because I'd dreamt he was in the garden with a little girl. A week or so later I found out I was pregnant, fast forward to now and I'm 35 weeks with a little girl :)

I think dreams can definitely be a message from the beyond

Hi Always, I totally agree with you, I also believe these dreams are a message from beyond. I keep having reoccurring dreams about having this baby, holding her, feeding her. These dreams are so amazing, so vivid and real. Congratulations with your pregnancy, that really is amazing. I have always had these sort of dreams and even had a few visions recently. The other night I had the vision of a hand giving me this beautiful red poppy. It was so clear and vivid. I did some research on it the next day and poppies symbolise fertility and the fertility goddess. I was absolutely amazed. They can also symbolise eternal sleep and remembrance for soldiers who have died in world war 1. I also saw the vision of this beautiful angel about 2 months ago. First time in my life I have ever seen something like this. I wonder what it all means. There are many things beyond our understanding, spiritual things.
