MC and time of year?

MissingMyMarbles · 30/05/2014 18:03

I was just reading another thread and someone asked what time of year another posters miscarriages were? Is there a significance to mc and time of year? Mine have all been around the same time of year. I think I've had others at different times, but the confirmed ones were all within a 3mth period (different years).
TIA

I've miscarried twice in the spring, twice in the fall, and now this one in the summer.

This type of thread comes up often on forums, with late Summer, Fall/Early Winter being the most common times to miscarry.

Me, it was winter.

Surely a coincidence, op based mainly on the fact that you've been in the vulnerable first trimester at the same time of year each time?

The plural of anecdote is not data, but for what it's worth my MCs were March, May, June and September.
