I am having a procedure next week to unblock one of my tubes. The hospital have sent me some information, but it only covers scanning the tubes to see if they are blocked (I've only got one and I already know it's blocked). I haven't been able to find out much about the procedure to unblock it. I understand basically how it works, but I'm not sure how I'm going to feel afterwards. Will they give me a sedative? Will it hurt? Advice would be appreciated if anyone has experience of this. Thanks.

I had one. It was uncomfy. I think I had a sedative but not much. Afterwards I felt a bit sore and spent the afternoon on the sofa watching telly. It's ok, don't worry.
Hope it works for you.
