at my wits end, please help!

My husband and I have been trying for two years now.
His tests came back normal and I have one blocked fallopian tube and slightly low ovarian reserve (although apparently nothing to worry about at the moment)

I feel like I've tried everything: acupuncture, reflexology, naturopathy

The only problem I can see (apart from the ft) is that I have spotting every month from 8-10dpo for about 4-6 days. I'm worried this means my progestorone levels aren't high enough and my LP is too short. The doctor has told me that this is nothing to worry about, although as she also thinks your period starts automatically 14 days after ovulation I'm not sure how much I trust her.

I have been on clomid for the last 5 cycles and am really not sure whether to bother taking the last month. I thought it might help with LP defect but it has had no effect, also I've noticed I've had a lot less ewcm whilst on it, so not sure it has had any positive side effects at all.

We're going back to the hospital in December for our next appointment but I'm starting to lose faith with the whole thing.

Has anyone had similar problems? and what did you do?
Is it worth going private? or is it better to persevere with NHS first?
