Laparoscopy - Fibroid

Hi, I am new to these thread.
I am 34 with a 4 year old DS. Been trying for another one without success so far.

Saw a fertility Consultant on Friday and after scan, he saw small fibroids and some endometriosis on my ovaries and advised to have a laparoscopy and clomid to follow.

I will unergo lap in Feb.
Anyone has had similar procedure with Clomid after - any success -please share your experience.
