Help! Clomid whilst pregnant.

Help! I've just realised I've taken clomid whilst pregnant (50mg, 5 days). What's going to happen?
I can't get hold of the fertility nurse specialist and I'm shitting myself. I didn't think I needed to POAS before taking it because I'd had bloods & scan done and I wasn't ovulating or menstruating at all. Fuck.
