SadSad

FB rumours are saying a father and daughter are dead but I hope it's just that. A rumour.

News alert from BBC says three people are dead. What on earth?

We've just been told to stay in if we can

One report says the shooter is dead, another is saying he is still at large

He's ok. He works in a factory about 10 mins walk from the pool so is no where near it. He is just panicking because we live right near town but he panics over things like that.

It's so sad. Crime never used to be that bad here and in the last few years it's gotten terrible.

Looks like the father shooting his daughter is true. The other victim is his wife and he then shot himself

Not 100% but one newspaper article says the police are treating it as a murder/suicide

Not sure where but apparently it's been confirmed to be a man and woman and daughter aged 20.

No little children involved but still quite sad

Angry

Love how media are reporting this as a "family tragedy" as though it's not yet another case of a murderous violent abusive man who thinks he owns his family.

:(

One newspaper have said it's linked to a domestic dispute

Man kills wife and daughter and then himself? Wish I was surprised :(

If it wasn't so depressing I'd be saying 'told you so' (I realise I have now said it, but you know what I mean) :(

OP "No little children involved but still quite sad"

I hate it when people say stuff like this, it's really very sad regardless of the age of the victims.

Horrible.

Is it just me, or is there a rise in shootings lately? Where are all the guns coming from?

Beyond I saw this on the lunchtime news, and as soon as they said two women and a man were involved I knew what happened: some fucking bastard killing his wife and his grown up daughter, then not even having the 'decency' to stay alive to think about what he's done.
