It seems that Melissa Reid, the Scottish girl, is free and expected to arrive in the UK today.

Meanwhile her pal is still on parole in Peru and likely to stay there for quite some time.

I admire Melssa for taking her punishment on the chin. It must have been really difficult to see her pal leaving prison but her attitude has paid off and she's on her way home. I think she is well advised by her dad.
