that is an old link from December. Has something happened since. Surely if her daughter is 16 can she not decide to be with her mother? I don't really know the back story but seems she has been cleared so why is her daughter not with her now?

SS failed to remove a little boy whose mother was known to them for having been in a domestic violence situation, leaving him to die, and this lady gets her child removed.

Well she was on the channel 4 news tonight saying she is not reunited with her daughter.
It says, I think, that she is still only allowed a 15 minute phone call fortnightly.

That is bloody ridiculous. On what grounds are they doing this? The poor woman has been cleared.

Surely at 16 the daughter can decide? Maybe she doesn't want to be reunited? Is that a possibility?

I don't think so NotALondoner. On the news there was lots of written notes from daughter, saying I love you mum, I just want to be with you, always remember you did nothing wrong.

They said the mother had to spend 6 months in jail for breaking the order and keeping contact.

Yes, and whilst that in itself isn't bad enough, I wondered if that was also part of the problem, re getting daughter and mum back re-United. It wound of course collocate things further.
What a mess.

For 2 years she has been held against her will and forced to undergo experimental treatment that is proven to harm ME patients . Karina is still not allowed to see her parents.
