OK I know I'm a bit behind the times, but what was it that Jonathan Ross said to David Cameron about Margaret THatcher that was so outrageous?

I know I should know by now, but it keeps being mentioned and no-one will say what it was, just that it was disgusting and obscene. So what was it?
