I just cheered out loud watching the news. I remember watching on telly and even I know that not all the 96 had died by 3.15pm. I am a massive football fan and do not welcome the new proposal that each club can gave a 'standing' part of the ground. It makes me panic and takes me right back to that dreadful day.
