How to get (whisper) sweat out of dry clean silk top

I have a lovely new crepe silk top which I bought for a wedding a couple of weeks ago. It was in the sale but was still the most I've ever paid for a top (£52) so I want to look after it. Problem is that it's a little snug under the arms and although I had it dry cleaned straight after wearing, it still pongs . Did I just pick a crap dry cleaner? Should I risk cold water handwashing it despite the label saying do not wash? It's bright pink and has fabric beads on it.

I know that white vinegar is used to get rid of odours from washable silk, but if it's not washable I'd go back to the dry cleaners and tell them you're not happy and can they de-odourise it please.

My mum went to China last year, and she was told to wash her silk with shampoo, it is made of the same thing as our hair. I have done this ever since.

Why whisper about it?
