galen new meds are not great - infact I stopped them 2 days ago. They were making me far too zoned out and groggy, even if I took them earlier on a night - not good with two little ones. I have an appointment with Phyc on Friday, so will discuss more with him them.

Can not get motivated this morning

Galen, it is very stressful getting forms witnessed, partly because you all have to be present including dh (my dh had a fit over this) but just keep remembering it is only a series of boring techical steps (assemble birth and marriage certs, assemble old passports, assemble photos assemble pots of money) Just do a little every day, and just put them back in envelope if you come to a major obstacle, and go back to it the next day when you are feeling less aargh about the obstacle.
Also keep ringing the passport advisors if queries, they are really helpful and longsuffering. (Also my photos weren't quite in the box, but they moved them to fit and they said if there were problems I could just send replacement photos without rewitnessing)

I can't believe I did it actually - it hung over me for months!

Really feel for you over your little one in reception. Went to dd's teacher at that stage because she was in constant meltdown at home, and annoying teacher just looked at me with round blue eyes and just said well at school she is an angel.
I think I wanted to take her out for a bit and just give her some one-to-one attention, but teacher looked horrified at this.

Hi swanriver, it's a counselling course and I'm shamefully behind! What is l a s? Am intrigued.
DS does my makeup too if I don't move fast enough. Has been known to eat sparkley blue eyeshadow.
Would like smartie nails but will plump for an understated rose for now

Hi all.

audley - counselling course very useful I would think!

Galen - hope you have a productive conv with the teacher. Reception yr a difficult time I think. I think ds can be quite bolshy at home because he is up against it all day, he is trying to toughen up I think (by practising on me ).

Dyl - holiday sounds exciting

To do
make FD cards
laundry
ironing
order stuff for ds party
check Joseph tickets for London

(anti procrastination day is the busiest day of the week lol).

Afternoon all
Will be back later, no flying today except washing.
Had another fit yesterday after deciding that walking home from the hospital was a good idea. Put Ds's shoes on at 3:15 ready to go and get Dd. Next thing I remember the phone is ringing and Dp is walking in the door at 3:45. Luckily he drove round and pick up Dd 15 minutes late I manage dto pull the ligament in my right knee I think - it hurts! and give myself ablack eye and bruised forehead.
Anyway could be worse, at least we were indoors.
I now need another nap, hopefully pick Dd up from school on time today
Have a good afternoon
