It's a bit slimy and green, doesn't get much direct sun.
I have a half-memory that you can clean off the gloop with Fairy liquid and a stiff broom -- anyone know if this is true?
Anyone know a better way?

MyEye - ours was like this over the winter and got quite slippy when it was cold. The only way I know is a power washer - borrow one if you can as it brings it up like new.

was hoping to do it without specialist equipment... I've done some diluted bleach and have gone over again with Fairy, it's a bit streaky but fingers xed.

we used www.ronseal.co.uk/products/product.jsp?id=32&gclid=CNrW4dnPlpoCFSUSswodVBWkNw last year and it was lovely afterwards, got it in homebase or B+Q I think.
