Morning EHM - Thanks for the thread Hope you and Ellie are well.

I am up and waiting for the plummber to arrrive to finally fix the heating today - fingers crossed

I am also taking the boys swimming, so mum is going to come round and sit in the house whilst I do that.

I took down the boxes of toys from the tops of the boys wardbrobes last night, so my aim for lunchtime is to go through and pull out some to e-bay - I have a full a-z set of peeek a blocks, plus peak a block train and giraffe and loads of other stuff like shape sorters etc that they have outgrown.

I am also going to sort the books and puzzles and drop some in to playgroup for their coffee morning on Sat.

Once I have been swimming there is the washing to do
Drying
Ironing
Whats for dinner

I want to try and make rome for all the new toys they are getting for christmas, we went aa little playmobil mad and ordered the take along castle, recycling truck and seige tower last night as much for DH I think as them

Morning EHM.

Wendy . You have 2 young children and have just moved to a new area. My life was a mess when my DCs were your age it is to be expected (and I didnt move house lol). I think you cope fantastically and always seem to be doing things with them and building happy memories for them (I was a grumpy old hag lol). Oh dear now I've got the lunar blues LOL.

Hi everyone

I've just got back from keep fit and picking DD2 up. The house is freezing! I'm going to have a nice hot bath I think and get DH to light a fire when he gets in. (I would do it but we have run out of fire lighters...I can't light the fire without them....DH on the other hand shows his caveman instincts and rustles up a fire from a few twigs and a bit of newspaper!)

Much more manageable list there, spice - thanks.

Managed to pull myself together enough to shine my sink and do a cursory fridge clean.

Off for a cuppa now...

Okay, will enter into spirit of it all:

To do

take coughing children to park (briefly)
put away some washing
take plastic for recycling
take some more paracetamol for my own symptoms
empty last night's fire & lay new one

Might have to have a wee slice of cake with my cuppa

Hello all

EHM thanks for the thread.

Bella Hello
It's lovely hear and lots of helpful lists to steal borrow I'm new too and my house is crying out for me to fly .

Scatty think I'll try your list too LOL

Well an unsuccessful day yesterday but a better start today, though I haven't made a list yet, I have done two loads of washing and drying and ironng and put away, and made all beds and everyone is fed an watered both breakfast and lunch..(That's it ooopss) LOL

My excuse... Been out all morning ( back at mums again for quick shopping and to drive her for a dental appointment) .

Babyjj good luck with bathroom mould....Have you tried Dettol Mould and Mildew remover. Worked a treat on my shower tiles...

Okay gonna wander off now and think about what really needs to be on my list....

Happy flying all
