Can not believe that I am the only one here, but welcomne to the weekend.

I am only just up and dressed as DH did the morning with the boys.

He also has changed DS1's bed due to a coughing accident - phew

We are all ready to make our way to Harrogate and will catch you all later.

good morning all, would have checked in earlier but lo been a monkey n got up at 2am then wouldnt go back to sleep so been chilling with a cuppa! so far have loaded wm, shined sink & just off to town to market now for fresh stuff.

Hope there's some bargains out there as we've only got £55 for the week because we ate out yesterday then had a takeaway with some beers for oh and a bottle for me! feeling a bit like a zombie but never mind

oooooh, didnt get as far as that anyways jas, just got back from market shopping in town and nana's. Only spent about £20 altogether and got loads of fruit n veg and invested in a book to write all my recipes in as in my attempt to save money and cook healthily ive been spending quite a bit of time in the kitchen so thought i'd organise the drawer of stuff we have in there and get my act together before new floor goes down next wekend and we get new cooker and freezer

We are back and had a lovley day, weather stayed fine, we had lunch in Harrogate and I got the boys a reduced top each in monsoon.

The music day was fab, DS2 was great at the african drumming, they took a picture of him doing the Sanba stuff. They were really well behaved and seem to enjoy everything, even the flowers and plants. Oh and they had fun in the play area of course.

I am just sorting out Pizza for their Tea, a little late, but it is the weekend.

I have been at work all day I find missing family time on Saturdays more and more hard work but we need to small amount of spending money work brings me so I have to continue for now. t's actually been a good day, I was v productive and all the customers were friendly, all in all a good day

We had a lazy evening planned but I have just been invited out to a friends house this evening..not sure whether to go or not though - I am completely exhausted!

Dd is currently s l o w l y eating her supper (pasta and pesto plus veg) she's been eating an average sized plateful for 1 1/4 hours !
I'm finding it very frustrating so I'll see how frazzled I feel after bedtime!

Hi everyone!
Bianca me too! Got home after queueing for petrol for ages and now should really be getting the LO ready for bed, but I'm on the puter. [rolls eyes at self]

We have a BBQ tomorrow, so have to bake a pie. No dinner yet, it's all gone wrong. Might have an early night in about ten minutes.
On the plus side have pinched the calendar out of the kitchen and put it on the wall next to me, and written appointments on it. [Very pleased face.]

Mad shopping was great thanks, lovely day out with oh and lo and we hardly spent anything but got loads of fresh veggies n salad n stuff so well chuffed with it!!

sounds like all have had a pretty good day, apart from kiddies being monkeys for a change

off to finish tea time pots and chill with my pile of paper recipes putting them in my shiny new likkle book [hmm@me being sooo organised]

Hello.
Haven't managed to do much today. Had a gall stones attack this morning.Haven't had one for ages.
Then after tea Dad popped round with some bits for us. He will be back round tomorrow. DC were soooo excited to see him.

Just before he left i started to feel the pain again. Had an attack again after he left. Took 2 pethidine tablets. Feeling very woozy now and also feel very sick. Hope it is just from taking the tablets.

Think i will get to bed now. Need to tidy a bit before Dad comes tomorrow.

Ruby at new flip flops, I brought 2 pairs at beginning of summer. Can't walk in traditional ones, and other pair teh back keeps slipping down. They both look nice thouhg. Next summer am going for comfort.

DS has just woken up so will have to go and sort out a bottle and calamine lotion. His chicken pox are scabbing over nicely so hopefully will be ok for tuesday, did shopping online yesterday though so no Tesco's today

Shannar i'm knackered and oh still in bed after lo decided she was ready for getting up at 1am!!!!! again. I don't know what to do!! She's having 8 hours sleep a night then ready for up but knackered and whingey all day

I'm off to load wm then sit on here for a bit while lo plays since oh in bed. off to park this aft while tea cooks, try and tire her out some more.

Didn't really do much flying yesterday, well a little bit, but not all.
Today we are off to a Barbee, so not going to be doing much Flying at all this weekend.

I hope you had a nice quiet evening Bianca Tort- I hope you are ok today.

The BBQ was great. All the neighbours and a few extras came, and there was loads of food for everyone. I didn't make the kids come in at all. DS came in with dp at 8 and fell asleep on the sofa before he was even changed, dd2 gave up at 10, but dd1 was still going at midnight, when I came in She has only just woken up.

I did all the shopping and bought normal flip flops for me £1.25 in the sale. They may not be stylish, but I've been wearing 2 yr old one up til now, so a change was needed.

Minimal FLYing today. I ned to go and collectmy washing basket (put into use as a rubbish bin last night) and lass recycling box, plus whatever other bits are lying around still, and dp is supposed to be putting concrete in the big hole outside in the back yard

Hello folks

Can I still play? I've been so busy this is the 1st time I've been near the laptop in 4 days.

On Wednesday I went to the salvager place and bought a set of solid pine drawers. Then I got home and moved 2 sets of drawers around to make space for the new ones. Thing is when you move large furniture round the bedroom the dust is attrocious and embarrassing.

Thursday I went to see DGM and DGF. DGF is out of hospital and looks so much better. It was great to see them. Then home and more furniture humping about.

Friday was Ed's 5th birthday He got tons of stuff, board games, books, lego, a 3/4 guitar, a Woody and Buzz. Basically he got too much but he loved everything. Then his last day at school, rugby training and his birthday tea at the local italian.

Yesterday DF and his day came to visit, more pressies and good family time.

I've found space for most of his stuff so storage isn't an issue. I'm shattered and more people are coming today!

So have I missed anything? Can I still come FLYing with you?

Morning

I had a restful evening but not an early night as dh and I ended up watching a film which didn't finish till 11.30! Ds came into our bed at 12.10am and dh moved out into the spare room...I got elbowed all night by ds!
Ds and I got up at 7ish and I did a bit of clearing up then made pancakes for brekkie.
It's windy and warm so I've stripped the beds and have my first load out on the line

Glad Ed had a good birthday Grouchy My ds is 5 in a couple of weeks

We are about to head to the park with our bikes. We took the training wheels off ds bike yesterdya so are trying to encourage him to learn to ride without them. We had a looonnng hour at the park at the end of the afternoon yesterday with him but he seems to be up for another try today
