  • I am not going to spend AGES agonising over decisions - I will just GET ON AND DO IT

  • I will endeavour to do ONE THING AT A TIME and not get distracted

  • I will break big things I've been putting off into SMALL CHUNKS and do them a bit at a time

  • I will give myself LITTLE REWARDS for tasks completed

Any other ideas to help me stop procrastinating and fecking GET STUFF DONE????

Ah Dottydot, welcome to the ranks of home workers. I do the Friday from home also. It's great

Ah - a common theme then, as I am also freelance & work from home! And someone has just offered me three days a week until November, and I'm:

a) delighted
b) panicked about how I will get everything else done!

(And yes - I shouldn't be on MN right now! Bye!)

I'm horribly excited about it! So far today I've taken ds's to school, put some washing on, tidied bedrooms, made a coffee MNed and done 10 minutes of work - is that about the right balance..?
