Defrosting our built in Neff f/freezer having finally located the power socket behind a cupboard. The instructions mention a run-off pipe at the base to be extended so it can drain into a bowl. We only appear to have a fixed white pipe, no extendible piece. Is is something that is extra to the white pipe linked to the plug inside the freezer?
