I have several white new t-shirts that my children have spilt spag bol sauce on - you know the orangy colour stain it leaves. I've tried 95 wash with biological powder, oxi crystal stain remover for whites but they still won't budge. Can anyone advise on how to get rid of these stains. Thanks in advance

Not sure there is anything left to try! If you've washed them several times already, chances are the stains are there to stay. I use liquid soda crystals on my laundry - you could try that.

If you're getting to the point where you're about to throw them out, would try soaking in a mild bleach solution first. Sometimes it works, but if the original material wasn't actually white, it can turn the whole thing creamy.

Next time- make them use bibs or aprons! I reckon you've had it- anything tomato -y- is impossible toget out.

Sun light - hang out newly washed clothes and it does seem to work.

Agree with lilolilmanchester.
I had to soak two of DD1's tops in bleach and water. It shifted the stains and bought the tops out lovely.(Not plain one either)

Soak them in soda crystals (diluted) rinse in washing machine then hang in direct sunlight.
