Glitter you will do brilliantly in the race - just entering in the first place earns you huge admiration for me (and plenty of others too I'm sure ) Sending lots of to you today. And enjoy the mission when you get home

I have to dash now to get the kids to school/pre-school - this is ds's first Friday at pre-school so this will in the next week or two become the morning I try to go swimming or do something for me

Glassslipper great news on the nights sleep I'm washing bedding today too...

See in in a bit with a list

EHM I live in Leicester and it's in my local church hall. I've been manically signing the sign for 'cat' to DS for a couple of weeks after I borrowed a book on signing from the library. He loves the cat so I thought it would be a good way to start. He thinks the sign is hilarious

well, i have been thinking about DD2s christening. we booked the church the other day for a date in the summer. I have just written a guest list and hired a caterer (hate doing food myself)

I've also done DHs booki-keeping for the month.

So, no housework but equally important things

Report
shouldbe · 20/04/2007 11:11

That sounds nice glassslipper I'm not keen on doing catering either - I've been trying to make a list of party food bits for dd's birthday and am feeling over-whelmed already...
All I can add done to on my list is the hoovering, hanging out the 1st load of washing and getting wound up with MIL Need to have a quick clear-up upstairs before collecting ds....

Report
NineUnlikelyTales · 20/04/2007 11:48

Glassslipper we're having the vicar round this week to discuss dates for DS christening too. I'm definitely with you on the caterers - too much hard work to do it all yourself

Hello all! Today I've...
DONE washing up, changed beds, made kitchen presentably clean, bottle sterilising, one load of laundry washed and hung up, cleaned DP's horrid stubble mess from around the sink, pissed around on mumsnet.
TO DO wake up DC and everything that goes with it, small grocery shop, hoover, pack away too small baby clothes that constantly annoy me whenever I open a drawer, register at new doctors, generally sort out all the mess/clutter.
I'm so enjoying the DC's mega lie in that I don't want to clean. But theres so much to do!
