I have a shower, spray the glass doors with method daily shower spray (other sprays are available) then use a squeegee to go down the glass. I squirt the tiles too but don't know weather to leave it on or not.

My friend does hers differently I'm not sure how it's meant to be used really.

How do you do yours????

I do it like you do, quick spray then squeegee. I'm not really sure why I bother though because I live in a very soft water area so have no issues with lime scale.

Is it a shower cleaner or the shower shine stuff?

If the shower shine, you have your shower then rinse the panels and glass with water then spray the shower shine and just leave it there.

If it's a proper cleaner then I'd say you're doing it right.

The daily shower stuff you're supposed to spray it after you've had a shower and leave it

Wobbly, no, in my experience you need elbow grease and heavy duty stuff (my cleaner likes viakal, I like cillit bang) to shift dried on limescale.

The daily stuff just gets sprayed on when the cubicle and glass is wet and it sort of 'neutralises' the water so it doesn't cause water marks and streaks.

wobbly method is fabulous but we live in a soft water area and the shower is only a few weeks old so I wouldn't like to guess what it would be like on a cloudy screen.

I can however very much recommended the amazing-ness of method kitchen spray. The clementine smells so nice.

I live in a very hard water area. I only use the squeegee, no spray and have no water marks. When I employed my cleaner she practically kissed me when she saw the shower screen.

I once read up on whether the daily sprays actually worked and as far as I can remember they are to be used on clean showers (ie after a good scrubbing session with a stronger cleaner).

The daily spray does something (can't quite remember the technical term) to any dirt left behind so it easily dissolves into the water next time it is rinsed. So I think squeegee then spray and leave it.

I've been spraying then squeegeeing... I just sprayed and left it before but it didn't dry clear. I'll try squeegee then spray! Am in a hard water area. Also using the method daily shower - smells gorgeous. All the method products I've tried have smelled great, makes cleaning a much more pleasant experience.

I think it has to be a fine mist. I sometimes give mine 5 minutes to work its magic then rinse and squeegee but that's a bit labour intensive Grin

Yeah, I may have been a bit generous with it. But it smells so nice!

Anything from method smells amazing! My favourite is the wood polish, smells good enough to eat!

Method does make cleaning so much more pleasant. I cant stand harsh chemical smells.
