Window will not connect with remote, followed what told to do but still no success.
Contacted velum but they do not want to know.
Contacted suppliers registered with velux nobody interested in repair only interested in replace and we have had an estimated cost of £1,000 which I can hardly believe. Disappointed with service from Velux.
Has anyone had any experience like this any suggestions.
