Improving soft fluffy towels

Penygirl · 13/08/2016 11:30

Last year I bought a set of lovely soft fluffy towels but despite being washed several times they are not very good at actually drying. Is there anything I can do to them to improve their drying quality? Grateful for any suggestions.

Thanks for replies. Smile
No I don't use fabric conditioner for towels and I have tumble dried them a couple of times. Oh well, I 'll just have to hope they will improve with time!

Have you tried washing them with bicarb soda and white vinegar instead of fabric conditioner? I've just bought some new towels so haven't had to try it yet but I've heard it works!

Stick the fluffy towels in the wash again but this time put one of these in there with them, this will help with the drying quality.
