Beko fridge freezer

Anyone have one?/ I'm looking at this American style one and the reviews online seem pretty good. I can get an ex display at a really good price which is tempting me further.

Beko fridge freezers are indeed pants!

I bought a Beko fridge freezer from Ao.com 2 weeks ago and the freezer drawers stick to that extent that we can't close them. I got an engineer to visit and look at it and he took pictures of it and said that I could get a free replacement as it was less than 28 days old.

I talked to Ao.com and they said that I wouldn't get a full refund as I had plugged it in and used it! The issue only appeared when there was food in. Surely a major requirement of a freezer is the ability to put food in, then be able to close the drawer.

I understand that consumer rights entitle me to a full refund if the purchase is not fit for purpose and it's less than 30 days old, so have contacted ao.com who have not returned my call. The only way I can see of progressing this is through a small claims court.
