vented dryer than is NOT indesit/hotpoint/whirlpool

Need to replace my dryer after finally getting hotpoint to refund my existing one which was one of the fire risk models.

Obviously I don't want to replace it with their brand. I've been horrified by their handling of this and their shocking customer service.

I'm looking for a vented dryer. Roughly £200-300 really. any good recommendations?

I bought this a couple of months ago to replace a condenser one which I was sick of using as it was so slow.

Am really pleased with it so far - dries everything really quickly, has a sensor thing that my old one didn't so it just switches off when done - and it was CHEAP! Smile

AEG - we've had the predecessor to the current model for 12 years or so and it's been brilliant, the sensor works really well or you can use manual settings, all sorts of options, pretty well anything can go in it (with the right cycle) and not shrink.

White Knight. Low price, reliable, British made and dries well

This one is the best one I've ever had.
