What can I cook in a steam oven?

Just moved in and previous owner has left her steam oven, yeehaw. There's a manual, but no recipes/ideas of time for veg/fish etc.

Want to start playing with it, so where do I start? Has anyone by any chance got a recipe for doing a nice Asian style salmon with chilli and broccoli and stuff? Anything else v welcome!

Thanks!

What is a steam oven? Is it like a microwave in that its freestanding or is it the actual cooker?

My Neff oven has a steam setting but I need to buy a special piece of equipment to go inside. I imagined something reasonable but when asking the price it was out of the question. Can't remember the quote but it was one or two hundred. Otherwise steaming is a very healthy way of cooking. Vegetables are really good in a steamer.

Boiled eggs. Perfectly soft every time.
Any veg you would normally steam,
Whole salmon etc.
