Can I use a steam cleaner on my amtico flooring?

Yes, I am (almost) sure you can. The only thing I'd avoid is standing the mop on the floor i.e. keep the mop moving. This is because water can puddle and the intense heat might not do the Amtico any favours. This is purely speculation on my part though. I use my steam cleaner on everything from laminate (which I'm ashamed to admit I have), vinyl, tiles even on my oil cloth table cloth and so far so very good.

I have Amtico in my cloakroom, bathroom and ensuite and have always steam cleaned them, had the flooring down for 12 years and they still look great, as Georgie says, keep the mop moving - I just go over the floor lightly and frequently so it's never too dirty anyway.
