Can anyone recommend free meal planning software?

I am looking at SayMmm at the moment, but wondered if anyone has a recommendation for one they use and know is good.

If it makes a difference in terms of apps etc, I use a MacBook but have an Android phone, so could use an app for either, as I doubt there's one that does both.

You can use it on your laptop or android.
You can add your own recipes or look at recipes other people have added.

What I like the most is that after you've created your meal plan, you tell it to generate a shopping list, very helpful!
