No - looks good though. I've never bought through Groupon before - is it likely to turn out to be too good to be true? Sad

Groupon is pretty reasonable, and they have a decent refund system. The mop itself is unbranded, so you can't look up reviews. I'd be interested to know what the mop is like though.

I saw it too! There are lots of similar ones on the market. Groupon is ok, but its down to the supplier I guess.

Omg !! You should buy it. I have safely bought it at twice the price from The Range. It's amazing !

Not safely , sadly . It's a fab fab product , I'm just depressed now how much I paid!

Make it's the X5

It does look like the x5. I want it!

How long does it have to run?

Report
PretzelPrincess · 25/03/2014 19:59

5 days to go I think

I bought one just like this from groupon. I have had it 2 years. It is just like the x5 but the lead is about a foot shorter. My mil has the x5 and paid £100 pounds for it. I have compared the 2 ( been doing her cleaning due to illness ) and I can't see any other difference.

May I also point out: www.groupon.co.uk/deals/national-deal/gg-groupon-goods-global-gmb-h-37-6639/36028399

Somehow this whole "vomit like no ones watching, fart like no one knows its you, pick your nose like its never been picked before..." just really gets my goat.

I've taken the plunge & bought it!! Grin I've seen so many threads on here promising great things from them!

Just need to start a thread on how you actually utilise said mop now!!

I've just bought it too. Been thinking about it for over a year!

This is similar to my steam mop. I've had it maybe 2 months and the whole handle has broken off. It has also cracked recently. I wouldn't recommend buying one unless it's a big name product.

The handle actually broke off on the second use.

Oo thanks for all your replies!

So to summarise your comments, it's like the x5 but not the real thing but worth getting as its a good deal -unless it breaks then I'll have trouble returning it....

Hmmm decisions decisions! Grin

OK, so the mop arrived today but I can't work out how to attach those blimmin accessories. Anyone else get the groupon one?

I am going to order this one tomorrow and I really hope its not too good to be true as I have used groupon a lot and so far so good. but I think there needs to be reviews on it somewhere

Purchased and it arrived today. First impressions thought great...until...I tried to put it together and the handle needed to be forced to connect (strange as it's meant to come apart to become hand held?) The fitting's are also terrible to connect requiring brute force to connect.
I telephoned customer service who were quite happy to send a returns label via email for me to print out to then take it to a collection point to return.....only on receipt will I get my money back.....terrible product...even worse customer service!
Oh gone out and bought a Vax steam fresh combi classic 10 in 1 for £59 from Argos....should have been £179.....impressed and now happy :)
