Painting bathroom tiles.

If using the correct paint etc, can a completely tiled bathroom look nice painted white. I have some stunning decals that would look amazing.

Decorating the bathroom another way is not an option. It needs a complete refurb.

No. It really won't. And decals will also look pretty horrid. Clean your tiles, rake out grout and regroup if you can. And wait til you are in a position to do a proper refurb. Sorry!

Ours did look nice but after a few years it has started peelogn off so now doesn't look nice,w e are going to repaint tho as we can't afford to refile the whole bathroom.

You need to clean them thoroughly and use proper primer amd tile paint.
