Sudocrem removal from a painted wall!

Draculasbride · 09/10/2013 11:47

My friends dd decided to write her name all over our bedroom wall.....in sudocrem! I have scrubbed at it with soapy water but the sudocrem has left a greasy residue soaked into the wall so left it a couple of days to dry and have just tried painting over it and the letters are coming up brighter then the surrounding area! Shock Help! Any ideas how I can get rid gratefully received.

you can buy masking paint which covers up eg rust & water stains, so that might work (comes in an aerosol for smaller areas)

Oh that looks amazing! Dh works for a builders merchants so will get him to see if they have any!
As for friends dd she can visit again provided she follows my instructions not to go into our room! All sudocrem has been put in high up cupboard though....just in case Wink
