Yes - no problem. I do mine at 30 degrees. And then they tumble dry well but if you have a temperature option, pick low. If you get it back on the table while still warm it will be pleasantly crease free.
If so how? How hot etc...It's looking pretty grubby, don't know whether to throw it out or wash it.
