Do any brand actually work? They always seem to let air in on me. Thank you in advance

The good quality Lakeland ones are the only ones that work. The vaccuum bag is inside a hard framed case with a zip and straps. They are expensive, but they hold an awful lot of stuff and they stack.

I have wasted money on cheaper ones in the past, but as you said, they always leak.

DH and I have found a solution to them leaking. We now place them inside our suitcases, so even if they expand they can only expand by so much ifywim?
We have them from JL and even they leak

Pack mate vacuum bags are great, I think I bought them from Lakeland originally then found a cheap seller on eBay. I've had the bags several years now and only got a leak after accidentally puncturing one with my engagement ring.

We have the JML bags and they work a treat for us. Good job too as we are upping sticks to London and need all the space we can get!!
