My trusty old one has come to the end of a long and well used life, not sure where to look for a new one?

Anyone got a really good one please?

sad to say, a stainless one will always stick.

if you are big and strong, with mighty wrists, you could go for cast iron, and never wash it or put in a dishwasher.

I use my denby sauté pan for most things I would use a frying pan for . It is heavy though .

I have an excellent Prestige one- 19 years, still looks fantastic.
I think you need to search for 'saute pan' to get the deeper sides.

Bought a Woll pan last November, fell in love, use it most days. COMPLETELY non-stick. You can 'fry' an egg without fat!! Just wipe or rinse, so low maintenance. Very heavy and rather expensive but worth every penny
